Refurbishment
Refurbishment is Frontline Rail’s specialist skill, and the ongoing quality of our work has attracted long term relationships with a number of leading mining and commercial rail network operators.
We know how important it is for clients to have their gear back in service with the shortest possible downtime, and delivering on that is a key commitment of Frontline Rail. We are flexible and innovative enough in our work schedules to be able to provide quick turnarounds when we overhaul bogies and associated rolling stock. Our staff, fully ticketed and experienced in their trades, ensure we deliver to client or manufacturer specifications – on time.
As indicated on our Home page, Frontline Rail is undergoing a transformation in both outlook and equipment. There are not many aspects of rail refurbishment, repairs and maintenance we do not currently provide – but our objective is to ultimately become a ‘one stop shop’ provider. Away from our workshop and office in Bellevue, Frontline Rail can also provide qualified inspection and examination services at client rail yards and intermodal hubs. Frontline Rail also offers perway welding inhouse and onsite.
Fabrication

Our capability ranges from the custom manufacture of the smallest of parts to major modifications to wagons and locomotives. Designing and producing rolling stock are the foundation of Frontline Rail’s reputation as an innovative and reliable fabricator. Aside from parts and rolling stock, we manufacture ancillary equipment such as containers for the storage and transport of components
